| I would like to make a contribution/an additional contribution, how do I do it? |
A
| As with all transactions, they take place on the last business day of the month. The minimum additional contribution is $1000. If your account is held directly with ABC Funds, please make your cheque payable to RBC Dexia, otherwise contact the dealer through which you hold our funds for more information. |

| How do I invest using my RRSP? |
A
| RRSP’s with ABC Funds are serviced by RBC Dexia, our fund custodian. To open an RRSP account, unitholders must: a) complete a SCHEDULE A Subscription Agreement, which is contained in the Confidential Offering Memorandum; b) complete Area I of the T2033 transfer form; c) complete an Application for Membership in the Retirement Savings Plan d) send all the completed material to I.A. Michael Investment Counsel Limited. Keep in mind that RRSP transfers can take up to a few weeks, and can be rejected if incomplete or incorrect information is submitted. Be sure to check with the relinquishing institution that you have included all the information their transfer department requires and send your material in early to allow time for processing. If your pension funds are locked-in, contact our office and we will provide you with the necessary forms to have your funds transferred. |

| Can I invest using my RRIF and/or LIF? |

| Do the funds distribute dividends? |
A
| Quarterly dividends are paid only on the Managed-Fund when funds are available. Unitholders will receive a statement during April, July, October, & January showing the details and new holdings if dividends are reinvested. At year end all realized capital gains are distributed and reinvested where requested. Details will be sent to clients for tax purposes by RBC Dexia. For our remaining funds, there will be no changes to holdings during the year unless the client has made changes through subscriptions or redemptions. |

| I would like to redeem, how do I go about it? |
A
| Redemption requests need to be received in our office, in writing, a minimum of 10 business days before the end of the month. If it is received after the deadline, the redemption will go through for the next month. Please see the appropriate offering memorandum for details. All transactions are dated the last business day of the month. |

| If I redeem, when can I get my money? |
A
| RBC Dexia processes all
transactions and cheques/direct deposits are sent overnight to
clients generally on the fifth business day of the new month.
For our closed end funds, there are special rules that apply
to these funds, consult the appropriate offering memorandum
for details. |
