Welcome to our Virtual Exchange. This exchange handles the trading of units between investors for our two closed end funds: ABC North American Deep-Value Fund and the ABC Dirt-Cheap Stock Fund.
Our virtual exchange enables investors to sell on a no-fee basis to each other anonymously, and always at net asset value. We maintain a list of interested buyers and sellers and facilitate client-to-client sales of units in amounts of at least $50,000.
